DMCA Copyright Policy

Divine Skins LLC ("Divine Skins," "we," "us," or "our") respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit notices and counter-notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, the "DMCA") and how we handle repeat infringers.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

2. How to File a DMCA Notice (Rights-Holder)

To request the removal of allegedly infringing content, please send a written notice containing all items A–G:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
3. Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with sufficient detail (URL, screenshot, skin ID) for us to locate it.
4. Contact information – your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5. Good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy statement that the information in the notice is correct.
7. Authority statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may be rejected.

Response time: We aim to review notices and, where warranted, disable or remove the content within 72 hours of receipt.

3. Counter-Notice (Mod Creator)

If you believe your removed content was taken down in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location (URL).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of:
   • the competent courts of Bulgaria or your local EU member-state courts or (if outside the EU) any judicial district in which Divine Skins may be found; and
   • that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA notice (or that person's agent).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original claimant. Unless they notify us of court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

4. Repeat-Infringer Policy

Divine Skins will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Our standard threshold is three substantiated DMCA violations.

5. Misrepresentation & Penalties

Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

6. Restoration Requests & Appeals

We reserve the right to restore removed content if:

• the claimant withdraws the notice;
• a valid counter-notice is not contested in court within 10 business days; or
• we determined, after investigation, that the notice was clearly unfounded.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We may revise this DMCA Policy at any time. Posting an updated version at this page constitutes notice of those changes. Continued use of Divine Skins after changes become effective signifies acceptance.
