Divine Skins LLC ("Divine Skins," "we," "us," or "our") respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit notices and counter-notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, the "DMCA") and how we handle repeat infringers.

To request the removal of allegedly infringing content, please send a written notice containing all items A–G:

Response time: We aim to review notices and, where warranted, disable or remove the content within 72 hours of receipt.
If you believe your removed content was taken down in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice that includes:
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original claimant. Unless they notify us of court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
Divine Skins will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Our standard threshold is three substantiated DMCA violations.
Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
