This California Privacy Notice supplements the Divine Skins Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).
If any term in this Notice conflicts with the main Privacy Policy, this Notice controls for California residents.

Sensitive PI: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as passport numbers, precise geolocation, racial data, etc.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may designate an authorised agent; we require written permission plus proof of agent identity.
We retain PI only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above, consistent with Section 8 of our main Privacy Policy.
Divine Skins does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. Therefore the "Shine the Light" disclosure requirement does not apply.
